When you step inside Sal's, you'll find that we have reimagined some of your favorite dishes, giving them new twists while still staying true to their origins. We also use the freshest, local ingredients whenever possible—and that includes our wine!
Who is Sal?
Salvatore Cannizzaro is our 'Pa'.
He immigrated here from Ramacca, Southern Italy and is affectionately known as 'Sal' by his friends and family.
And so, after 6 years of being a part of your pizza life as 'Salvatore's', let's drop the formalities. We're friends, call us 'Sal'.
Like an old friend, Sal's is warm, welcoming and easy.
